Your organization has its own sign-in page. Ask your manager for the address if you do not have it.

• Office and managers: the sign-in page for your organization. Type your username (or email, if one was set) and your password.
• Workers on the floor: the worker sign-in page. Tap your name, then type your password.

On a phone, add the sign-in page to your home screen so it opens like an app. See "How do I put Yara on my phone's home screen?"

Tell your owner or operations manager — or tap "Request password change" on the sign-in page and they will see it on their Users page.

They can send you a one-time reset link, usually on WhatsApp. Open it, choose a new password, and sign in. Nobody else ever knows it. The link works once and for 24 hours.

Or they can set a temporary password for you; then Yara asks you to choose your own the next time you sign in. There is no email reset: many accounts on the floor have no email address.

Because someone else chose the password you were given — an admin who created your account, or who reset it for you. Choosing your own means nobody else knows it. If you joined with an invitation link, or set your password from a set-up or reset link, you chose it yourself and are not asked again.

Open your sign-in page in the phone's browser, then:

• Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
• iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".

Yara then opens full-screen from its own icon, like an app. Nothing is downloaded from an app store.

Open the link on the phone or computer you will use. It shows which organization you are joining and in which role. Enter your name, choose a username and a password, tick that you have read the privacy notice and terms, and tap Join. Then sign in with what you chose.

Links expire, and some can only be used a set number of times. If yours says it has expired or been used, ask the person who sent it for a new one.

Your name, username, role, and what you do in Yara: which jobs you started, held and completed, and when, plus notes, photos and files you add. Your organization uses this to run and cost its work.
