Terms of use

1. What this is

Yara is provided by [REKA registered company name] to businesses under a separate agreement with each of them. If you have an account, your employer has arranged that agreement and given you access as part of your work. These terms cover your use of the account.

2. Your account is yours alone

Sign in only as yourself. Do not share your password or let someone else use your account, and do not use anyone else’s. The system records who did what, and that record is relied on for pay, planning and safety, so it has to be true. If you think someone knows your password, ask your manager to reset it straight away.

3. Record what actually happened

Press Start when you start, Complete when you finish, and give the real reason when you pause. Photos you upload should be of the work they are attached to. The figures the business runs on come from these records.

4. What you may not do

• Try to see another company’s data, or another person’s account.
• Upload anything you do not have the right to, or anything unrelated to the work.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or automate it without agreement.

5. Your data

What is recorded about you, and why, is set out in the privacy notice. The business data you enter belongs to your employer.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Yara running at all times, but it depends on your internet connection and on hosting providers we do not control. If it is unavailable, keep a note of your times and enter them when it returns; your employer will tell you how.

7. Ending access

Your employer can deactivate your account at any time, for example when you leave. Your work history stays in the records because it is part of the business’s history, in the way the privacy notice describes.

8. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top will change. Questions go to [privacy contact email]. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
